The Inspiration for this Tuscan Rustic Patio is rooted in the Italian love of food,
family and entertaining. Patio entertaining
under the Tuscan sun. Images emerge of the
beautiful rolling countryside of northern Tuscany.
Outdoor patio living is an integral part of life in this part of the world
and the art form of this living style has been refined for centuries.
In starting a new client project, I produced a Tuscan Image Board, to gather and
generate the inspiration for ideas capturing this style.
Tuscan, Italian architecture and development patterns have emerged very prominently
in the Southwest, Midwest and West coast of the United States.
I looked to generate a patio living environment that best links this type
of architecture to the landscape.
